Do you have an upcoming business meeting and nowhere to meet? Is your club in need of an affordable space to meet monthly? Look no further than the Spruce Grove Public Library. The Library has two meeting rooms, a program room and a virtual classroom/video conference room available to rent for almost any occasion and varying size. Rental costs are listed on the chart below. To rent a Meeting Room, Program Room or Virtual Classroom/Video Conference Room fill out the Room Rental contract form and fax to the Spruce Grove Library at 780-962-4826.

$20/hour or $110 full day - Non Profit $10/hour

Meeting Room A

$25/hour or $110 full day - Non Profit $10/hour
20 chairs, 6 tables
Total capacity: 55 standing or 43 seated

Meeting Room B

$15/hour or $110 full day - Non Profit $10/hour
18 chairs, 6 tables
Total capacity: 44 standing or 35 seated

Virtual Classroom

$75/hour (additional fees may apply)
